Dear Mayor and Council,

Please find attached critically important information missing in the FortisBC application of smart meters.

The technologies as used are dangerous and bring unrealized liability the city is not aware of.

As per the attached letter, it is important this be addressed as the unprecedented health and environmental emergency it is. There are many vulnerable people in Kelowna and a liability for hurting or killing them. The damage is measurable by the second and the peer reviewed science is electricity.
